300 BLK Chambering issue

Newbie needing help - new PSA 300 BLK upper on S&W M&P15. Will not chamber round (sticks in the ramp notch - see pic). Tried 300BLK dedicated mag, 5.56 mag, subsonic and sonic rounds - all with the same issue. Help appreciated.

I would contact PSA, It looks like either a magazine or feed ramp problem. I am assuming it is a quality mag.

Mags were all good and worked on 556 upper. After some research on the internet, I sent it back to PSA.

Keep us updated with what you find out from PSA. The more I look at your photo, I keep wondering about the feed lips on the mag.
