$8.47
btwi had it on the wrong way put the sling over the other sholder and the gun will go to the left so your able to get to your holstered pistol!

My buddy Rob made an AR single point sling. It popped off in the middle of our AK Tactical Carbine course and his 2000$ rifle clattered to the rocks!

Good on you Apdl. Hope that doesn't happen to you.

Nice. Looks just like mine. I made it following the same instructions.

I have notice that the unsewn ends will be a problem and I can see it would slip easily. For now I will just use it occasionally at the out door range
Ill get my mom to sew it later

Definitely dont skimp out on slings. I did a year and a half ago and bought a 3 point sling from "slingsonly" or something like that on ebay. Anyway, right after I finished my AR portion of a 3-gun match the sling busted right off (cheap fastex buckle), I barely caught the gun, holding onto the stock only.

Going with the Toddenator!!! Very cool.

I like that cst sling.

The only problem is there are 100 different ways to sling them and I have no idea about slings. I was never really a "sling" guy growing up, but more and more I'm thinking of one for my AR.

Any chance somebody has a site that explains slings for the AR15 in "LAYman" terms? :D:eek::)

Here's link with some AR sling information. Not as "deep" as AR15.com but a good overview:

Just to throw a few links out, but these retailers carry great slings:

www.eagleindustries.com

www.tacticaltailor.com

www.spectergear.com/ (oops, I originally had cqbsolutions, didn't realize they changed their name)

LOL...

Who took the pics? Especially the one where you are pointing the gun at.
