The Stag 2HT comes with rail, flip up rear iron site and front site post. MSRP is $695, but you can find it cheaper from other retailers like ar15sales.com.

ETA: ar15sales.com doesn't have that one listed on their site, however, do some searching and I am confident you can find that one. Or it may be cheaper for you to purchase the 2H upper and then buy an aftermarket quad rail handguard and install it yourself.

what barrel length ? and if this is not going to be a bench/varmit type rifle...why the bull barrel ?

usually bull barrels don't come with "irons".

Give Pete (AR15SALES.COM) a call and talk to him about what you're looking to do, he'll let you know what he has/can get or point you in the right direction.

Here is an excellent source:

www.whiteoakarmament.com

I have two of their uppers for high power (HP) competition. One is a spacegun, the other a National Match service rifle. Even if you are not a serious HP competitor, I would consider WOA. They make some of the best uppers at a reasonable cost.

Rock River makes their Varmint upper in different barrel lengths and as someone else said, they have a rail on the gas block. If you get this upper then you can add a flip-up sight to the front and rear and still be able to mount your scope. They also promise 3/4" MOA accuracy. They use a Wylde chamber which is somewhere between a 5.56 NATO and a .223 so you can shoot surplus ammo in it if you so choose AND still shoot commercial stuff or handloads with great accuracy.

You should be able to find one new for under $600.00

White Oak is all that and a bag of chips when it comes to production run weapons. They are priced accordingly though, but if you're going to compete at all they are the bench mark.

As always I will strongly recommend having iron sights on any AR, at least QD sights that can be mounted if needed, but get them anyway!

I run a larue rail with troy flip ups. troy are in my opinion the best BUIS system there is. I like the larue rail as its very solid but if you want something super easy to install get a set of troys. They run less and dont require barrel.fsb. or fh removal like some other rails(depending on how it is configured)
