I went to a show in Milwaukee today, and there was a guy there that was an Armalite dealer and he had the new 2008 models $795.00 out the door and one Superior Arms for $550. I thought they were going to call security on me for as long as was fondling the Superior Arms rifle as long as I did while I was running down the list of pro and con in my head.

Not bad for Bud's. Strange thing about Bud's. Those
are purely intenet prices. I drive about 45 minutes to
his business and I cannot buy at that price in his store.

A different price, plus tax, plus time to go, plus the
price of the gas for the trip. By the way, when I say
internet pricing, I mean for those who are on the net
and out of the Commomwealth of Kentucky. So being
an out of stater has it's advantages at times.

Doublestar DS-4 Carbine .223 Remington (question?)
Bud's lists this machine as a .223 cal. First thing I did
yesterday when I picked up the machine to look at it
was to make sure it was chambered in 5.56mm NATO.
It was.

I wonder why these guys still call out .223cal instead
of it's real nomenclature, 5.56mm NATO.

not bad.

I never see good prices at gunshows since there's so much overhead, but a local shop had a used Colt 6721 (I think that was the model- it had a 1/7" twist 16" barrel, collapsible stock and m4 handguards) for $800.
