I just ordered an EoTech online. It won't be here for a few days still.

I'm shopping around for a QD mount for it and need to know how long it is and how much rail space it takes up. Otherwise I might end up buying one that is too small.

The GG&G mount for an EOTech is QD and attaches to the EOTech as it arrives to your house. LaRue also has a riser, but if it were me I'd buy used to avoid giving that big of a prick/baby/whatnot any money. Is his mounting on flat top upper receiver? What kind of cowitness do you want with the iron sights?
