Only way to do it on a new gun is to buy a registered sear, and there aren't many of those out there. When you do find one, it's gonna be in the $8-10k range.

I believe you'd still need to change out the bolt and buffer springs
plus the legal paperwork and tax stamp.
its more of a 'hack job full auto', and I have no idea how reliable the thing is.
