Is there a waiting list that one can sign on to be on the waiting list, or is it just going to be a first-come-first-serve for civi's once it's released?

Anyone know for certin?

I would venture to guess that there isn't going to be an official MagPul list, but you could always find a dealer that is planning on having them and get on their list.
