Has anyone order directly from them before....

I placed an order on Saturday and it still hasn't been shipped.
I didn't expect anything to happen with the order until Tuesday obviously since it was a holiday weekend.

I emailed them once Wednesday and once Yesterday, since it says on their website that someone will reply back within one business day. I still have yet to hear from anyone.

Basically it sucks.....

Not to make excuses but the Magpul boys are pretty busy. I bought mine from Dennys and the shipping was super fast...received my order in 2 days.

yeah, maybe i should go complain like other people about you hijacking this thread. i asked a question pertaining to the subject while trying to add some light humor and someone has to go and mess it up, if i had to suffer the consequences of hijacking so should everyone else. i thought maybe some light humor might bring some sunshine into your lame day. so can someone please enlighten me as to what the magpul does, im obviously too much of a idiot to know.

Telling the OP that Magpul is busy on R&D and production is considered hijacking? I didn't realize that I was speaking to the XD police.

I hope your other 638 posts aren't as lame as the last two I read from you. If you want to know what Magpul does...why not use google and find out? It's not that difficult to find out if you truly want to know the answer. Anyway, I won't continue this debate with someone that's unarmed. Hopefully, your next posts will actually contribute to the forum.

The only thing that I need to enlighten you about is how to properly write a sentence. Nuff said.

Thats what I figured...no harm no foul...but an email is pretty simple to send out is it not....

I agree with this point because some of the guys that work for Magpul are always posting on ARF, so someone should have replied to your email. Doesn't matter how good your products are if you have poor CS and treat your customers badly. You should call them on Monday and speak to someone. Everytime that I've called Mapgul I spoke to someone within 2 minutes.

www.magpul.com

easier than trying to cover the product set, but the skinny is that they make accessories that surpass everyone else in their part of the market for a price that should embarass the likes of Vltor, ACE and a few dozen others to include HK.

As for CS ... I've usually just called because they are kinda local to the Denver area. They are a small company, I'm not making excuses for poor CS, but do give them a call and check the pulse. The MP Mags are super hot right now, I know they are going through some serious production ramping these days. Additionally, just because a few of the product guys *Note not CS* post on ARFCOM and LFNET doesn't mean their CS is slipping.

Sorry, this is one of the few companies that I will stand up for simply because they are making a top rate product for the right and reasonable price (in most cases :p)

No reason to get testy folks... but google is your friend :)

But I am going to say this again because it's worth saying... if you own an AR or weapon that uses AR mags.. stop buying every mag out there BUT the new MagPul. This thing smoked even the vaunted (and insanely over priced as usual) HK steel mags that everyone was raving about. Do the research, check with the folks who have actually fielded them and you'll see what I am talking about...

There is no one around here that is the
'XD Police'. There are an admin, forum mods
and or course, Kermee - the forum owner.

There are several posts on this thread that
are completely off topic. I suggest that those
who have off topic comments make them via
PM, not on the public forum. If you want to
stay a forum member, then act like an adult
in your posts. I might also add, for those who
have not read the forum Code of Conduct, I
suggest that you do.

Just saw that JTact supply (WWW.JTACSUPPLY.COM) has the non-windowed gen2's in stock... Dunno, you might want to call and see what the expected ship time is and if it's more than 24 hours, cancel and grab them from JTACT or someone else. From experience Jtact is a great shop.

I ordered form them last year. I ordered 5 ar-15 mags and it took about a week to 10 days for the order to arrive.

Not a big deal to wait that long.

I have order most of my magazines including some PMAGs from 44mag.com. They have both the Black and Olive Drab in stock when I checked a few minutes ago. I have always gotten good and fast service from them and have placed several orders with them. Aimsurplus.com also has them in stock and I have had good service from them also.

44mag is another good vendor. I ordered from Denny because shipping time was faster compared to waiting for a shipment from OR. Plus, you only need to spend $50 to get free shipping from Denny versus $100 from 44mag. Just some food for thought.

Whelp...I called them today and they actually shipped them out on friday! They have to update the shipping status manually which I'm sure takes a ton of man/woman hours to do, from what I hear they are extremely busy sooo... Anyways I should get my mags by tomorrow which is fine by me...no big deal.

I'll have 4 30 round mags, and a 20 round mag..good enough for me
