I'm gonna go ground hog shooting and need a conventional style scope setup that doesn't cost a fortune.Anybody have any recommendations?I ordered an aimpoint for other stuff so don't have a ton to spend on this.

Cdnn Investments normally has lots of inexpensive scopes that can be mounted on an AR15. Is this to be mounted on top of a carry handle or a flat top upper.

I've got the same scope but haven't used it yet.

I may get flamed, but my 16" flattop stag has a BSA RD30 red dot scope on it.
I have no where to shoot further than 50-75yds, so its enough.
$45 shipped from www.opticsplanet.com
they have good prices on lots of other optics too.

I have Chinese copy of the Aimpoint(I like to call it a Lamepoint) on one of my ARs. It is marketed to Airsoft shooters.
