Hey guys need a little help, my brother purchased a slightly used AR-15 from one of his Police buddies, and the other day when we were putting on an over-sized grip, pica-tinny rails, and a vertical grip we noticed the forward assist had a hair line crack in it. Well needless to say my brother called Panther Arms and told them and of course they said send it to them and they will replace the defective part and inspect the gun for any other issues and replace anything that it may need, well of course my brother not wanting to part with his beloved new rifle just asked them to send the replacement teardrop forward assist button, which leads me to my thread can you guy's give me a link or tell me how to replace the assist button. I've got experience with the M-16 from the military but never broke one down more than a field strip.
