That's because its a lefty...Brought home my first AR over the weekend. I am left handed so I wanted to get this Stag because they are the only ones I know of that make a left handed AR.

I have a question, why does it matter if it's righty for a lefty as long as it has an ambi- safety?

Because as a left handed person shooting a right handed rifle, there is a tendency for the ejected brass, gas, and particles to fly past your face and quite often hit you. A left handed person shooting a left handed rifle does not have that problem...

That reminds me...I think I will name her Vera...
